AFFILIATION
- Submit an affiliation application and a show bill with the $30 affiliation charge to TWHSA, P.O. Box 238, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
- Show management is responsible for hiring a judge from TWHSA’s judge’s list.
- DQPs will be assigned by the Horse Protection Commission. DQP fees are $150 a day plus travel and room expenses, to be paid by show management to the DQP.
- Affiliation fees of $1 per entry must be submitted with a show manager’s report to TWHSA no more than 14 days after the close of the show.
- Copies of all class sheets or digital file, complete with name of horse, owner and address, exhibitor, trainer, if applicable and placement of entries must be submitted with affiliation fee and show manager’s report.
Show management will pay to HPC all fees assessed to the individuals entering the events, as indicated on the Show Managers Report, fill out Show Managers Report and mail along with a copy of the class sheets and a check for the assessed fees, to the Horse Protection Commission office within the time frame as indicated on the Show Managers Report form.
